Front page of today's denver post finally has an article on art that has nothing to do with the DAM. Not that libeskind's creation and all of its content are not absolutely amazing but realistically it's a little out of my reach. i can appreciate it but can't really get my arms around it. On the other hand, the type of art that galleries like andenken and limited addiction are bringing to denver is where its at.

The article points out that most art collectors and theorists have no respect for this art...that is exactly what makes it more powerful. did you really think that the parents of any progressive artists really understood what their kids were doing? the winds of cultural shift are a'blowin.
