creativity gone by

living in a world of very creative people and being faced with the pursuit of creativity every day at work i often catch myself looking too far. my kids were playing a game this morning. they were pretending they were albino squirrels and that the lipsticks (don't tell mom) they were holding could shoot lasers at the hunters that were trying to kill them. for some reason they wouldn't let me play. it wasn't cause i'm too big because i can still hide under the bed, so maybe its because they didn't think i could play the part well enough or maybe that i didn't really believe in the plight of the albino squirrels.
